### Waterfront Home in Olde Marco | Pool/Kayaks

Enjoy the perfect blend of island-style fun and stylish comfort in this three-bedroom waterfront home. It sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen, one full, one sleeper sofa, and three bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.  
  
The house is located in an enclave of serenity overlooking the glassy smooth canal. The spacious heated pool is lined with all of the furniture that you need to relax both during the day and at night while looking for a passing dolphin or manatee in the canal. This lanai even comes with a gas grill to cook up your island-style poolside barbecues. There is also a pool bathroom for your convenience.  
  
If you’re a boater, you couldn’t ask for a better location. The private dock gives you quick, direct access to the deep blue waters and unrivaled fishing of the Gulf of Mexico.  
  
The interior is the perfect complement to the lanai, with ocean-inspired décor designed to make your stay as peaceful as it is luxurious. Natural light brightens the beautiful flooring and showcases cozy, modern, ocean-colored sofas and chairs.  
  
The kitchen features a stylish setup with plenty of cabinetry, and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on a table that looks out the window onto the serene canal.  
  
The cozy bedrooms, with walls of bright and light colors, are decorated with all the comforts needed for relaxation. The spacious master suite features a sitting area and door access to the lanai, sending you to sleep each night to the sound of waves lapping the dock and the smell of oceanic fragrances. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.  
  
We want your stay here to be nothing short of perfect, so the house is filled with amenities for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got bicycles to explore the Island by land, along with kayaks to explore the Island by sea. You’ll also be provided with everything you need for a day at the beach, like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.  
  
The home is located in historic Olde Marco. Stroll through the brick courtyards of Royal Palm Drive, where small tin-roofed shops bring the island’s colorful history to life then stop for a meal and live entertainment at Marco Island landmark, Snook Inn.  
  
You can also enjoy shopping and fine dining at the nearby Esplanade.
