The minute you walk in the door you will be at home, engulfed in the wall of windows with endless views of the gulf of Mexico. beach living right out the door. The Condo has comfortable furnishings throughout, a fully equipped modern kitchen. Our remodeled and updated Condo in Tower 3 of the Gated South Seas Northwest Complex is on the 7th Floor. AMAZING beach and water views from the entry, dining and living room, and both bedrooms. All rooms have a TV with cable and Internet. Beach Cart with chairs, umbrella, toys & beach towels. . Dine out in the many nearby on-island restaurants that range from beach casual to fine dining and everything in between. The beach starts just a short walk beyond the resort pool and continues for miles and provides amazing shelling, strolling along the water, and timeless relaxation. The gated community complex is complete with large pool, workout facility, bocce, pickle ball and tennis courts. Docks with boat slips available for weekly & monthly rentals. Bike Rentals too. You will receive a welcome packet & set of keys a week before your trip that will have detailed directions for checking in and information about the Condo, Complex and the Island. Direct contact with the owners for any questions. Renter Contract and $750 Security Deposit Required to Owner No Children under the age of 12\. The primary Guest must be 25 or older. NO Smoking or Vaping is Not allowed in or around the property. NO Pets are allowed. Guests will need to register with South Seas Tower upon check-in. We chose to stay at the unit because of the pictures that we found online with the listing. The in-person experience did not disappoint. The unit was clean and modern. The experience with the owners was fantastic. They took care of everything and made the experience really enjoyable. We did not have any problems but felt very comfortable that the owners would take care of them if we did. Walked the beach every morning, spent the afternoons at the pool, enjoyed dinner at one of the many outstanding restaurants in Marco, and came back to watch the gorgeous sunset on the balcony.
