High above the Gulf on the 10th floor of Shipp’s Landing III, this waterfront condo surrounds you with sweeping ocean views, resort-style amenities, and effortless coastal living. Step onto your private balcony and watch the sky shift through brilliant shades of color as the sun melts into the horizon. Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and open living spaces designed for comfort and relaxation. It sleeps six, with one king bed, two twin beds, one sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms.  
  
The spacious living room invites you to unwind on a comfy couch that converts into a sleeper sofa, paired with an armchair and television. Sliding glass doors open wide to the balcony, blending indoor comfort with the beauty of the Gulf just outside.  
  
The open kitchen is both stylish and functional, with quartz countertops, barstool seating, modern appliances, and all the cookware you’ll need for any meal. A wine bar with a built-in cooler adds a touch of elegance for evening gatherings. Next to the kitchen, a glass and wood dining table looks out over the water, turning every meal into a seaside occasion.  
  
The master suite offers a king-sized bed, ample closet space, direct balcony access, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, generous storage, and balcony access, making it ideal for both kids and guests.  
  
Step outside to experience the true highlight: a unit-wide balcony with multiple seating areas, where you can soak in the endless Gulf views or enjoy a quiet breakfast with the sound of waves below.  
  
The condo is fully equipped for your comfort, with air conditioning and heating, free Wi-Fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. Beach essentials—including beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler—are also provided for your short walk to the South Beach access point.  
  
And while the beach may be the main attraction, Shipp’s Landing offers resort-style amenities to keep every day exciting. Swim in one of three heated pools surrounded by palm trees, relax in the hot tubs, or fire up a poolside barbecue. Stay active with tennis courts, a fitness center, and even a private fishing pier and boat docks.
