### Quiet, Gated Community | Pool and Tennis Courts

At Villas at Waterside, you get the best of both worlds, a peaceful, gated, waterfront community in the heart of Marco Island, just a short drive away from the crescent shaped beach and finest restaurants.  
  
Pass by the tree-shaded manicured garden, with hedges and tropical flowers, and through the arched entryway to unit 201\. This 1,800 square foot, second floor condo sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, two twins and two bathrooms. It also comes with a one-car garage.  
  
The sea-inspired living space blends comfortable furnishings with decorative details like pineapple lamp bases, floral fabrics, bowls of shells and paintings of seascapes. Lush green plants fill the rooms, in pots and table vases, hanging down from atop cabinets, surrounding you with a feel of the tropics.  
  
The cozy bedrooms feature plenty of drawer and closet space and windows overlooking the tree-lined gardens. The ensuite bathroom of the master suite comes with a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub.  
  
The bright summer kitchen features stools along the counter and comes equipped with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve dinner on a dining room table with a bird of paradise centerpiece.  
  
There’s no better way to start the day than a cup of coffee on the spacious balcony overlooking the lake. It’s well furnished with a table and chairs for meals and sun loungers to sit back and take in the view. In fact, there’s no better place to end the day, either, sipping a cocktail, cooled by fragrant winds, as the setting sun casts palm tree shadows on the still water.  
  
The unit is filled with everything you need to make your stay nothing short of perfect. You’ve got air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free w-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.  
  
The community amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, social room and tennis courts. And since you’re centrally located, you’re just a short drive away from the silken sands, turquoise waters and endless activities of the Paradise Coast.

We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful Condo. We were included in community functions. We attended the St Patrick celebration. The organizers did a fabulous job. We had such a great time meeting people. We talked and danced, it was such a wonderful month. We outdone love to come back again!!
