This 2,300 square foot waterfront house sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queens, two twins, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. The lanai overlooks a tranquil waterway lined with palm trees, giving you a striking view as you swim in the heated saltwater pool or luxuriate in the hot tub. With all the pool toys that come with the house, the only way to get the kids out of the water is to fire up the gas grill and serve a poolside barbeque on tables with cozy wicker chairs. The house comes with a dock you can use for your boat or jet ski or simply as a place to dangle your feet in the water and spend a little quality time with your new neighbors, the seabirds and jumping fish. Inside, modern comfort meets tropical color, with stylish dark leather sofas and chairs sitting alongside lush indoor palms and ferns. Sunlight streams through arched windows, brightening the coral-hued tile with natural light. The kitchen features barstool chairs along the granite countertop and comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve meals on a glass table with a lanai view or a more formal dinner table beside an arched window. Each bedroom offers a television along with ample closet and drawer space, and the master suite features a rattan bedroom set and sliding door access to the lanai. Upon check in we found the house was needing some slight repairs, the big one being a tear in the patio screen which resulted in a pool full of bugs upon check in. Was not informed of the screen repair until we reported it and the informed us it was being repaired on Monday. Needless to say they had to come back out Thursday to finish the missed repair on the screen. Had a broken twin bed and chair that all got fixed come Monday...no big deal minus the screen repair for the patio/pool area. Also property show boat slip but fails to state not available to renters until you get the contract. No soap as promised for the bathrooms to wash hands with. The thing about this house is the so called decibel level of 60 after 9PM. A conversation and laughter or a kids squeal will put you way past this. WTH? Didn't rent a house for a week for my 50th birthday to worry about being quiet! Check in Saturday and they are sending texts and warnings about decibel levels which was stressful and made the kids time in the pool regulated. Don't spend $$$$ to be quiet and you think the house would be on point... Overall we still had a good time and the area is nice but not as nice as say the Keys by any means. This will probably be my first and last visit to Marco Island as it is just not that exciting... ##### Matt C. My only complaint is check in is at 4 and when we got to the house at 4:15 it was still being cleaned. They didn’t finish until 5:15\. Minor inconvenience and they did a great job cleaning! The location is fantastic. Easy to get anywhere on the island! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Marco Island. ##### Abby M. Comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the grandkids! Bring your own paper products and cleaning supplies and there were no condiments like salt and pepper. Well stocked kitchen for dishes and pots and pans. We enjoyed our stay! ##### Pamela Z. ### 8/10 – Bien #### Amanda H., Baltimore 21 juill. 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful home, amazing pool but not a short walk to the beach The home is beautiful with lots of open area for family to eat meals & enjoy each other’s company. We spent the majority of our trip in the pool. The screened in patio was nice, no bugs to worry about while night swimming. We utilized the color changing lights (in the pool) which was a compliment to the gorgeous evening sky. Will say this location is too far from the beach to walk it. Tigertail Beach Park is quite a hike, then you have to walk a long ways past the lagoon to reach the beach area. Parking was extremely difficult as the majority of parking (even in beach parking lots) were for residents only. There are only 2 public lots for visitors. 1 of the lots (turtle parking lot) is still a long walk to get to public access to enter the beach. The other public parking lot is at Tigertail beach which is a small lot & still a very long walk to get to the beach. Our family has stayed multiple places through VRBO & AIRBNB and we are used to walking to beaches from our rentals. This location is not what we consider walking distance. It would take 20+ minutes from the home & in the Florida sunshine, it’s just not feasible. We rented a golf cart but all public beach parking was closed & walking was unfortunately just not an option. \*Our trip was during COVID & July 4th weekend. All beaches were closed (Until 5pm) unless you were a resident. But after 5pm all parking lots were still closed to the public. Had this location truly been within walking distance to the beach we would’ve loved to walk & watch the sunset. Home is within driving distance to shopping & restaurants. Property management was quick to respond & very friendly. Home was equipped with all necessary appliances (pot,pans,utensils) ##### Amanda H. Séjour de 5 nuits en juillet 2020
