It sleeps eight, with one king bed, two queens, one sleeper sofa and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. Out on the lanai, the sun-sparkled water of the heated pool is enclosed by a wall of lush greenery, giving you privacy. The water is so perfect the kids will refuse get out of the pool, but that’s fine with you, since you won’t be in any hurry to get up from the palm tree-shaded recliner, either. The family barbeque chef will work overtime filling orders for all the poolside lunches you enjoy on comfortable tables and chairs beneath ceiling fans. Comfort and style is the theme inside, where cozy sofas and chairs sit beneath vaulted ceilings filled with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. Potted plants and starfish add a tropical accent to the kitchen that features granite countertops, modern appliances and cookware and a full spice rack. For your poolside beverages, you’ve got a coffeemaker, kettle and a blender, because there’s no better way to celebrate the end of another day in paradise than frozen drinks out by the pool. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub with a garden view. The PROS: quiet, convenient neighborhood, close to beach and all amenities … but note the Tigertail Beach parking lot is just down the road - the beach is an additional 1 mile walk out to the water. All good for us - but misconstrued on some listings. The NEGATIVE: Filthy! We arrived to find dental floss, tissues and garbage under the master bed - upon arrival!!! BLACK MOLD in the shower - rusted taps and stains in the sinks … flooded kitchen (3 times) due to bad dishwasher - and poorly connected fridge. Roof leaked and left a huge stain and flood in house, master toilet ‘ran’ every day and all day. They had to come in and replace the dishwasher - which still flooded - another day wasted. We allowed maintenance to come in for 2 days while We were rented and the chemical and paint smell was so bad, we had to find additional place to stay that Evening. The next day the noise was so loud we couldn’t work (we work remotely) … One afternoon I noticed a team of men in the pool - ripping out the screen and walking around - Scared me so much I had to leave the property. No soap, cleaners, laundry detergent, trash bags, Etc provided. Not well stocked - I spent the first week organizing and stocking the kitchen so I could cook at home. Just really poor property - not well maintained - not cleared properly ##### jacqueline m. To begin with, the pictures have to be very old. The furniture is dirty-looks nothing like the pictures. The "owner" would be better served by getting a good cleaning crew to come in. The master bathroom shower was filled with mold. The water pressure is almost non-existent in the "primary" bathroom shower. The kitchen was dirty, drawers were dirty and the pots and pans were not worth cooking on. On the last night there, my husband got up to use the restroom and there was a cockroach next to the toilet. I will say the only positive I can say is it's close to the Tigertail beach entrance. But be forewarned, door to sitting on the beach is a little more than a mile walk. You can drive and park at the beach but it's $10 daily. Don't walk away from renting this house, RUN AWAY! ##### Kathleen W. Everything we needed was in the house and we really enjoyed the big pool and grill in the lanai. Walked to beach almost every day or used the bikes in the garage (2adult bikes and 1for child). Drived to outlets, visited Everglades, booked a boat and went fishing and we got close contact with the dolfins. We also took a 3 hour ride to visit Busch Garden. We where 2 adults and 4 kids.
