This 2023 remodeled, 1,100 square foot, seventh floor beachfront condo sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms. It’s an end unit, so you get a panoramic view of the shoreline. You can see the wooden walkway cutting through the lush greenery, leading to the beach, where you can hunt for colorful shells, snorkel in the warm water or try an exciting watersports like parasailing or stand-up paddle boarding. You can also see the tennis courts, the heated pool and hot tub in the midst of a cluster of palm trees. The interior of the unit is another impressive sight. Two adjacent walls of floor-to-ceiling windows fill the white-tiled living room with natural light. The ocean view is the constant backdrop as you sit in the comfort of the living room, with its modern sofa and chairs, or prepare a meal in the kitchen filled with modern appliances and cookware. Fix yourself a cocktail to bring out to the balcony as the setting sun turns the sky bright orange then enjoy a family dinner on the wooden table. The place is quiet and comfortable and I would highly recommend this place. The owners are accommodating and you can see they take pride in their properties. The property was well furnished and had plenty of space for our family of 5! The views of the sunrises, sunsets, beach, and storms rolling in were impeccable. We were even able to watch the dolphins playing from the balcony! The unit had beach necessities, including a beach wagon, which we truly appreciated. The kitchen was wonderfully organized with utensils, cooking needs, coffee maker and coffee cups. The only issues we had were:We arrived late in the evening and had a difficult time finding the office (off site) to retrieve the keys, but once we located the office, check in was a breeze. Reviewer Comments: Condo not deep cleaned prior arrival - floors dirty, towels stained, deck furniture damaged.Marco Isle rentals responded immediately to correct issues. Deck furniture replaced, & new linen provided. This particular unit is in need of an update. Dryer working but needs repair, dining area chairs have broken cushion springs,bathroom sink drain partially clogged, some paint chipping. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was a good for a more affordable complex on the beach. There were plenty of beach items to use and it was clean. Side unit had beautiful views! However, the smoke alarm had to be fixed, garbage disposable didn't work when we got there and we didn't have internet for our last few days due to a power surge. The bedroom with a private bath is not the master bedroom but rather the room with two twin beds. That should be the other way around. The good things however far outweigh the bad, and we would stay again if we found a better master bedroom setup. ##### Shawna R. Reviewer Comments: We arrived after hours and the keys to the unit were in the lockbox with good instructions. Very easy check in experience. The condo is in a very good location and the views from the balcony were spectacular. The kitchen had everything you would need. We had an issue with the kitchen sink not draining but Marco Island Vacation Properties came right over and repaired the sink.During our stay we had a power outage due to a storm and the internet was down, Again they came over the next day and fixed the internet,The beds were not very comfortable and the furniture was not very comfortable either. But again the view and location cant be beat. The short walk to the beach worked out well. Shelling on this part of Marco Island is very good.Walking next door to the sunset Grill for a drink or burger was very convenient. ##### Bill R.
