With 2,200 square feet across three stories, it offers plenty of space for family and friends to spread out and enjoy the island lifestyle. It sleeps 14, with two king beds, two full-over-queen bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, and three-and-a-half bathrooms. On the ground level, you’ll find your private resort-style lanai. Dine at the shaded table, lounge in the sun, or relax in the outdoor seating area with its television. Take a dip in the heated pool set overlooking the tranquil canal, while you store your beverages, burgers, and hot dogs in the full outdoor refrigerator. Host a family barbecue by firing up the gas grill. Just outside the lanai, a ping pong table and cornhole set offer hours of entertainment, complemented by a nearby pool bathroom. The property also features a private beach and dock, perfect for bringing or renting a boat, fishing at the water's edge, or simply observing dolphins and manatees gliding by. Two kayaks are provided for canal explorations. The second floor is the heart of the home. The spacious living room features a comfy sofa plus chairs gathered around the television. This house was actually larger than we needed, and just as the listing suggests, could accommodate much more than our family of 4\. Our girls (8 & 11) spent every afternoon in the pool, and loved it! It is very close to the local Y and an exceptional/family-oriented park less than half a mile away - outdoor sport courts, walking/bike trail, etc. In a quiet neighborhood but super close to everything! Professional management was greatly appreciated as the check-in and check-out process was super easy. We also appreciate that "the pros" know how to accomdate vacationing guests - clean towels and bedding, kitchen had all necessary items and included some paper products, grill worked great, second fridge on lower level near pool, outdoor TV, we could go on...Thanks so much for having us and we think you have an awesome home! -The Tacomas, Spring Break 2025 ##### Ty T. When we arrived all of the showers were backing up water due to the drains were clogged which lent me to the fact that the cleaning company was not very thorough. The front door was broke , there were loose trim pieces falling off. The blankets did smell like they had not been washed so I had to wash them myself. The fan/light in the kitchen was not working and they did order a new one but it did not arrive until the middle of our stay and we did not want workmen in there while we were there disrupting our family time. There were tiny bugs in the kitchen cabinets, but it is Florida which is common. The pool was very clean and warm and it was a wonderful area for family and toddlers. The house is great but they need to get a much better management team to take care of it. ##### Sherry L. The house is stunning, with spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. The pool was pristine and offered a refreshing break after long days at the beach. Moreover, the location of this property is superb, offering easy access to local shops and restaurants. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing detailed information about the area and ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Our time at the property was genuinely memorable, and we can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway in Marco Island. Two family’s of four traveling together. There are basically two primary bedrooms on the main floor. Bunks in the loft were great. No window covering in the loft so early morning wake ups can be expected if they are not used to it. Pool was great. Had it heated to 88 for an additional charge but was worth it. Half the pool is shaded late March early April. Can’t beat the covered outdoor space. The largest we’ve seen based on the style of the house. With the breeze the shaded area was very comfortable when we stayed. Plan to bring extra laundary pods and dishwasher tabs because only a couple are provided. By the time you wash the bedding as requested or run the dishwasher a few times you'll need extra. We have been staying at rentals in Marco for the last four years and find that bringing some laundary pods, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags is better than buying the smallest size at Publix or Walmart. ##### Jason F. The house was perfect. Open and clean and perfectly laid out. We went in early November and the sun doesn't quite get over the pool so the water wasn't exactly warm enough to swim in. Reached out to the management company and was offered to heat the pool at an extra cost. After a day or 2 it was warm enough to swim in. The other thing that I must have missed when booking was that this house is located in an area with a sound ordinance. While it worked out perfectly for us, as we wanted a quiet trip away from kids, should be taken into consideration when booking for a family. The management company was easy to get ahold of and quick with replies. The other thing you should take into consideration is a ride to the airport. We did not rent a car and didn't plan on leaving too much but needed an Uber/Lyft to the airport and it took at least a half hour for a driver to be willing to pick us up and drive to the airport. It was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean and very well decorated. It had all the amenities you could want. From beach chairs and towels down to laundry. Location, loft for kids, game room, … would highly recommend. Only suggestion would be more pans, pots and towels. Guessing it’s a new VRBO - so amenities are a bit limited.
