### Direct Boating Modern Home | Heated Pool & Kayaks

Step into your very own waterfront retreat on Marco Island, which has been completely renovated in 2025 and where tropical beauty meets modern coastal comfort. This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom, 2,750-square-foot home welcomes you with palm trees and lush tropical landscaping on a tropical waterway, setting the tone for an unforgettable getaway. It sleeps 10 with two king beds, two twin-over-twin bunk beds, one queen-sized murphy bed, and three-and-a-half bathrooms. It also comes with a one-car garage.  
  
Inside, the spacious living room features a large, comfy sectional, additional couch and chairs surrounding an electric fireplace, and an entire sliding wall of glass opening the living room to the lanai, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Nearby, a relaxing family room offers another inviting couch and bean bag chairs facing the television, along with air hockey, shuffleboard, and a foosball table for friendly competitions that bring everyone together.  
  
The open kitchen is designed for both everyday comfort and entertaining, with elegant granite countertops, modern appliances, and all the cookware you need to prepare anything from casual snacks to family feasts. A formal glass dining table overlooks the sunken living room and outdoor tropical garden, providing the perfect setting for memorable meals.  
  
The primary bedroom is a serene modern-ocean oasis, with a king-sized bed, ample closet and drawer space—including a custom-built walk-in closet—direct lanai access, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in rain shower. The second bedroom also features a king-sized bed, generous storage, a private en suite bathroom, and garden views. The third bedroom is ideal for children or extra guests, offering two twin-sized bunk beds and garden views. The fourth bedroom includes a queen-sized murphy bed, plenty of storage, and doubles as a home office with a desk and chair—perfect for working remotely in paradise.  
  
Step outside to your resort-style lanai, where the canal becomes your private backdrop. A heated pool is surrounded by plentiful seating—tables, chairs, and sun loungers—while a gas grill and wet bar with large granite counter for buffets invite easy family barbecues. Alongside the lush greenery, you’ll also find lemon, lime, and tangerine plants, adding a fresh tropical fragrance to the air and the perfect touch of island living. There's even a ping pong table, cornhole, and ladder ball for added fun. Bring your boat or jet ski and take full advantage of the private dock, where you can fish, relax in the breeze, or keep an eye out for playful dolphins and manatees. For even more adventure, the home includes kayaks that you can launch directly from the dock—perfect for exploring the peaceful canals and nearby waterways.  
  
Throughout the home, modern ocean and beach-inspired décor creates a calm and inviting atmosphere.
