Welcome to this beautifully appointed 9th floor beachfront condominium at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort. Designed in a modern beach theme and offering sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, this inviting retreat places you just steps from the sand while surrounding you with resort-style comfort and elegance. From sunrise to sunset, you will enjoy a front-row seat to the beauty of the beach below. It sleeps four, with one king bed, a sleeper sofa, and one bathroom.  
  
The living area is bright and comfortable, featuring a plush couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa and is positioned in front of the television. Sliding glass doors open directly to the balcony, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living while allowing natural light and ocean views to fill the space.  
  
The kitchenette is thoughtfully designed and well equipped, featuring granite countertops and all the modern appliances and cookware needed to prepare meals to enjoy inside the unit or out on the balcony. Whether you are starting your day with coffee or winding down after the beach, this space offers both convenience and style.  
  
The bedroom serves as a relaxing coastal retreat and includes a king-sized bed, plenty of closet and drawer space, and a television. The en suite bathroom features dual sinks and a walk-in shower, providing comfort and functionality throughout your stay.  
  
Step outside onto the balcony to unwind with a table and chairs overlooking the beach. From this elevated vantage point, you can relax as the tropical sun dips into the endless expanse of ocean, creating unforgettable sunsets night after night.
