Location, Location, Location. This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is just steps away from Marco Island's gorgeous South Beach. Once you arrive, park the car and get a sense of just how close you are to everything. An easy walk of 5 minutes or less will take you to the island's best restaurants, the public access to South Beach, mini golf, movie theatres and fantastic shopping.

Upon entry, appreciate the recent updates including new interior lighting, fresh paint, updated kitchen, new flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living area, new epoxy coating in the garage, new upscale beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach cart and much, much more. The kitchen is airy with a welcoming view of the pool and main living space. There is a breakfast bar and open dining room. Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
