Other Things to Note: The southern exposure pool is electric heated to 85 degrees all year. No worries, it's always warm! This upscale home is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the beach by car, 10 minutes by bike (provided), or a 20-30 minute walk. Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures. Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house. Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high. It was easy to get to both beaches which we used both of them. The “beach access” advertised in the rental is you have to save your receipts and then submit them to get refunded. Two of the four bikes did not work. One needed a new tire and the other had a bent tire, but we did use the other two. Plenty of indoor space! We appreciated having a washer and dryer! The house is a little worn. One of the dining chairs has loose legs that will cause an accident for someone soon and some of the cabinets are looking worn. Light switches are marked, but still a little awkward, beach towels are child size and need to be replaced. Overall the house was comfortable the outdoor space was nice and though we didn't use the pool, it was heated and clean. The beds are comfortable, and the location is great. The host was quick to respond with our questions, but we were a little disappointed with the check-in time (4:00) and were not allowed in early. We would stay again and hope this review helps the owners. ##### Elizabeth K.
