It sleeps ten, with one king bed, one queen, two fulls, two twins, one sleeper sofa and 3.5 bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. The lanai feels like an outdoor living room, complete with comfy seating, a television, and even an outdoor couch where your family can gather. As night falls, unwind in the heated pool and hot tub, listening to the gentle lapping of the water against the seawall, drink in hand. The pool area overlooks a glassy-smooth canal, reflecting the bright Florida sun and swaying palm trees. Enjoy the view from a row of sun loungers or while grilling on the gas barbecue, preparing a waterside meal to enjoy at the dining table beside the canal. We loved the swing chairs at the front of the house to relax on at the end of the day watching the sun set.The garage equipment with kayaks, bikes and beach things were very well received and we had so much fun exploring Marco Island. Our overall experience was much more than I expected. The house was amazing with all the amenities. The only thing that didn’t work was the ice maker on the refrigerator. I did call to report snd they were supposed to send someone to check it. The beach was gorgeous. I hoped there would have been more parking available and we didn’t have to spend 10 dollars a day for parking. Overall we all had a super time and I round have to say it was one of my most favorite vacations ever. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Marco reality is great to work with. ##### Vicki D. All positive except it took the hot tub forever to warm up, the drawers in the kitchen would not stay shut. House is very well kept. Kayaks for personal use, chairs and beach toys! The walk to the beach was LONG! And driving there was a pain because there is no parking. Access to restaurants and grocery stores is 5 star!! There was literally no reason to leave the home. Aside from the goegeous decor, there was plenty to do, from the pool, kayaks, game room, air hockey, bikes, outside grill.
