"Empfang und Kommunikation war prima. Maria wohnt im gleichen Haus. Wohnung war sauber und Küche gut ausgestattet. Reiste mit meiner Mutter daher waren 2 Bäder praktisch. Im Ort ca 7 min zu Fuß gibt es Bäckerei sowie kleinen laden. Die kleine Bar mit Pizzeria im Zentrum ist zu empfehlen. Terasse ist herrlich und ruhig. Gerne wieder"

"L'appartamento è stato pulito e conforme alla descrizione. Ben arredato e con tanti confort. La terrazza è fantastica e spaziosa. La posizione è comoda per arrivare un po' dappertutto. Noi abbiamo girato molto e abbiamo raggiunto in poco tempo delle bellissime spiagge anche sulla costa est e nord. La spiaggia sotto casa di lido di Capoliveri è a cinque minuti a piedi, velocissimo."

Sehr freundlicher, sprachgewandter Vermieter, der einem persönlich von der Fähre abholt. Herrlicher Meerblick, kurzer (steiler - wie oft auf Elba) Weg zum schönen Strand. Das Studio liegt etwas in Schattenlage, in den heißen Sommermonaten sicher von Vorteil, Ende September hat man auf der schönen Terrasse kaum Sonne. Für uns kein Problem, da wir die...

"We had a great time in Poggio and Elba - we got around by bus and by foot. The walk down to Marciana Marina takes about an hour and we took the bus back up the hill. The apartment itself was spacious and had great amenities, but was a bit damp and had no air circulation."

"L’appartamento si trova in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere il mare e anche il piccolo centro di Procchio in pochi minuti a piedi. Ampio spazio esterno per cenare e rilassarsi, enorme giardino completo di barbecue, parcheggio e soprattutto grande disponibilità da parte dei proprietari, che al minimo problema intervengono tempestivamente. "This place was home for 4 days. Cute flat with an extraordinary view of the sea from above. Gentle breeze meant no need for air con, woke up to the sound of the sea . Felt at home on this little mountain. A great spot with delish restaurants at the beach and great communication with lovely host using mostly Google translate and WhatsApp ( I speak no German or Italian) and a neighbour who translated too :) Loved our stay. "Am Anfang für Interessenten - Vermieter Umberto und Marzia sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon vor der Anreise von Umberto alle wichtigen Informationen über einkaufen und Anfahrt erhalten. Super nette Begrüßung durch Umberto. Bei jeder Begegnung immer ein freundliches Blick und freundliches Wort übrig. Wohnung groß, nicht abgewohnt, mit super Terrasse die von früh bis spät zur Entspannung einlädt. Super Ausblick. Objekt sehr sauber und anliegende Wohnungen auf dem Anwesen sehr schön...

"We loved our stay! The views were exceptional! Lots of wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, a beach and shopping nearby! We loved watching the local ferries coming and going! We’ve already shared with many friends! The price was right, too!"

"We absolutely loved it here and as there were only 4 people it was super spacious! The kind and caring couple who lived underneath Rossella and Tito were great but we saw little of them as they worked away from the house long hours in the hospitality industry. Deep in the country with a tiny private airfield near by which was not in any way a problem , interesting and not noisy. Elba is fantastic for walking and swimming."

La vista, il luogo e lo spazio esterno attrezzato danno sicuramente un valore in più alla struttura. Qualche problema con le zanzare. Comoda la discesa alla spiaggia del cotoncello che si raggiunge in 10min, spiaggia da cui poi seguendo il passaggio sulla costa si può raggiungere quella più attrezzata di S.Andrea."

"Das Haus liegt in Zanca ca. 160 m über Seehöhe im Nordwesten von Elba, ziemlich abgeschieden. Bis zum Stand von St. Andrea geht man bergab ca. 15-20 Minuten, bergauf ist es besonders bei höheren Temperaturen schon recht anstrengend. Einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt gibt es in ca. 150 m Entfernung, einen Bäcker in ca. 500 m Entfernung (bergab). Die Hausausstattung ist unterdurchschnittlich. Es ist weder eine elektr. Kaffeemaschine noch ein Toaster vorhanden. Küchenutensilien sind einfacher Art....

"Sehr ruhig und dennoch alles was man braucht da. Bäcker 3Meter weg, Eisdiele 7m, zwei Bars 10 Meter. Aber sehr ruhig und sehr entspannt. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber top. Wer Ruhe möchte, aber gleichzeitig alles in der Nähe haben möchte, ist hier richtig."
