Proximity to Paddington Station was excellent, and only a short walk to Hyde Park. Room was very clean. Bathroom was updated and very clean. Beds were very hard. No Air Conditioning and room was hot even though outside temps were cool. Fan was provided, but would be uncomfortable if outside temp was over 80. Big downside was there wasn't a lift (elevator). Narrow stairs made it challenging to get a big suitcase up to the room, especially if higher than the 4th floor.
Overall I will stay at this property again if in the area.

Could have been worse. Location is prime.
Pillows were hard.
Dental kit amenity really should a small tube of toothpaste.
Staff should make sure safe works before new guests arrive.
Glad that there was air conditioning.
