This is traditional Istrian house recently renovated and tastefully furnished. There is 250 sq meters of outside area with grill and garden furniture. Equipped with all necessary appliances, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comfortable living room, it is perfect choice for the bigger families or group of friends. Possibility to buy local olive oil or domestic agricultural products from the locals. The urban life, cultural events and historical sites are reachable within 25 km in the ancient city of Pula.  
  
House consists of:  
\- ground floor: kitchen, living room (SAT TV)  
Kitchen equipment: gas stove ( 4 rings), coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with freezing department, oven, dish washer, extractor hood, cooking utilities  
  
First floor: - bedroom (double bed with SAT TV)  
\- bedroom with twin beds  
\- attic : 1 bedroom (twin beds), air condition  
\- bathrooms: 2 bathrooms ( shower, wc, wash basin, hairdryer)  
  
Outside: garden with summer kitchen and grill, dining table, children playground

#### Alles wunderbar!

Einfache Buchung, detaillierte Infos von der Hausmanagerin zur perfekten Zeit, Ausstattung sehr durchdacht, es gibt sogar Brotdosen für unterwegs! Unkomplizierte Übergabe und Rückgabe, während des Urlaubs jederzeit schnelle Hilfe und Infos bekommen. Das Haus ist sauber und komfortabel, die Lage ruhig mit drei Traumstränden aus Kies weniger als 10 Autominuten entfernt (mit dem Fahrrad aufgrund der knackigen Steigung äußerst sportlich). Unsere Kinder fanden den kleinen Spielbereich genauso vor wie abgebildet. Kurz: tausend Dank für den wundervollen Urlaub!

#### Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, ideal für Familien mit Kindern

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Objekt in ruhiger Lage. Zum Einkaufen muss man ca. 15 - 20 km fahren, lässt sich aber gut in die Tagesaktivitäten mit einbinden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.

#### Hervorragende Unterkunft in Küstennähe

Wir waren vollumfänglich mit dem Haus und seiner Lage zufrieden. Alles für den Urlaub Notwendige ist im Haus vorhanden, es war super sauber und alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Kristina - der verlängerte Arm des Vermieters vor Ort - hatte einige gute Geheimtipps vor Ort geben können. Alles in allem waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.
