"The property was fantastic, exactly like the pictures, if not better. Location was also perfect, quiet, relaxing and only a 15 min walk to downtown. We also had access to a beach club which was only about a 6 min walk. Jose was very easy to deal with and replied to messages promptly. "Absolutely gorgeous location! Beach feels almost private with great waves for surfing and boarding. House is great for big groups, staff is very supportive and responds quickly to all needs! Estuary is short walk and boat rides to Tamarindo are super easy! Living space is open air so it is warm but the bedrooms stay very cool and comfortable! Pool is awesome and grounds are well kept.
