Beautiful townhouse walking distance to the beach in Costabella, Marbella

Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom holiday home in Costabella, only 150 m from the beach and a 10 minute drive to Marbella and a 15 minute drive to Puerto Banus.



Costabella is close to many golf courses, has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Marbella, and is known for its excellent beach bars and beach clubs. There are also two supermarkets within a 7 minute walk, so a car is not really necessary.



The beautiful house is built on 3 levels, on the entrance level there is the living-dining room, the kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200 and 1 bathroom.



On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, the master bedroom has a 180x200m bed and the other a 140x200m bed. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds of 90x200m.



On the third floor there is a nice terrace with beautiful sea views and a small table with 2 chairs.



All bedrooms have blinds, to make sure you have a good rest.



The master bedroom has the bathroom en suite and is equipped with a bathtub with shower curtains, a washbasin and a toilet.



The other 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, equipped with bathtub with shower curtains, toilet and washbasin.



We provide towels and bed linen so you only need to bring your personal items for your holiday in our beautiful holiday home in Costabella.



The living room is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a TV with international TV channels in all languages.



There is also high speed WIFI available in all rooms.



The dining room has a table with 4 chairs.



The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a fridge, freezer, multifunctional oven, microwave, cooker, filter coffee machine, toster and a water boiler. It also has all kinds of kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses and champagne glasses, etc.



There is also a direct access from the kitchen to the beautiful terrace with a large outdoor table with 8 chairs, to enjoy beautiful evenings with family and friends.



The house is fully air-conditioned so you can adapt the heating and air in each room. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.



Also included in the rent are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the building.



The complex has an outdoor swimming pool (opening hours may vary according to season, subject to availability) to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the sunshine of the Costa del Sol during the summer months.
