Buena suite y desayuno

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Recoleta, Buenos Aires. Everything was excellent — the amenities were beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. But what truly made our experience special was the staff. Every employee was incredibly warm, cheerful, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel so comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. We absolutely loved this place and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The location and staff were excellent, and the breakfast was very good. However, the rooms looked much better in the photos than in reality — they felt quite worn out and in need of updating. Our group booked two rooms, and housekeeping unexpectedly added mini bar charges to both bills. The front desk removed the charges once we pointed them out, but since the same thing also happened at the Iguazu property, it did not feel like an isolated mistake. It left a disappointing impression and is something guests should pay close attention to when reviewing their final bill. Overall, while the hotel has some strong points, the overall experience was not good enough for me to return.
