Comfy bed, great free breakfast, airport shuttle, and IHOP next door, what else could you ask for. I will stay again.

Stayed for 3 nights. Check in was easy and we were able to check in early. Staff was very thorough and gave me a map of the property. We were so busy we were only at the room at night to sleep. Didnt check out the pool, gym or breakfast. Able to park on the side and use another entrance. Very quiet area. Kind of confusing to find. The first night there weren't any lights in the parking lot. The room was comfortable. There were some spots that needed cleaning but bedding and bathroom stuff were clean. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely horrible. It barely existed. That was my only big complaint.

Serene setting and decor. Evening reception staff was attentive and efficient. Following morning staff seemed behind and perhaps not as observant to customer needs. Breakfast items gone and not restocked; needed to ask for anything that we wanted and most were not available. Gigantic muffins in cellophane and coffee made in our room were the only things left for breakfast. Property is dated and needs attention.. loose wallpaper, signs of age and wear. Holes in screens prevented opening windows for fresh air. This location could be stunning if it underwent a deep clean and was freshened up.

Larkspur is in a great location in relation to the airport. It's an old building and definitely has an old smell. The mattress wasn't very comfortable, but the room was spacious and clean. I did let the front desk know the tub wasn't draining, but that wasn't addressed.
