Gather your friends and family for a getaway discovering the charming city of Manzanita with all it has to offer! This home is an easy 100-foot walk to enjoy Manzanita's seven-mile stretch of pristine, uncrowded beach. Fly kites along the windy waterway, look for outdoor treasures, or relax with a good book. Downtown is a 1.3-mile walk away, offering restaurants, galleries, and boutiques. Plan a day trip to get massages at Spa Manzanita, followed by treats at Manzanita Sweets or a pint at the San Dune Pub. With beautiful views, this home has a bright and sunny feel! The high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in, creating a dramatic welcome for our guests. Comfortable sofas and chairs invite you to relax near the wood-burning stove, read a book or catch a movie on the flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities or choose a game from the game closet. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing a fantastic meal, and there's room for eight people at the dining table. Grill on the Weber propane grill and enjoy the views from the second level expansive deck. There's also plenty of patio furniture for outdoor entertainment on the deck. There are three bedrooms in this bright and spacious home. The primary bedroom is on the upper floor and has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are downstairs on the entry level. One is a king bedroom, and the other is a bedroom with double bunk beds, full size on the bottom and twin on top. There is a full bathroom with a shower nearby, along with a full laundry room. You can bring up to two dogs with no additional fees, and the home includes dog accessories like sheets, towels, and dog bowls. Manzanita is an adorable coastal town with many restaurants, bars, and boutiques when you're ready to head out. You can tee off at Manzanita Links or find your zen at Yoga Roots Studio. With the beautiful Pacific ocean at your fingertips, you could spend your whole day basking in the sun or enjoying the surf.
