Unique housing concept (individual bungalows without glass and fly nets only) allows for soaking up jungle atmosphere whole day and night. Waking up to the noise of howler monkeys and birds is really special. Excellent food and à la carte breakfast. The room we stayed in was so comfortable and it let us hear and experience the nature around us. The beach was beautiful, we enjoyed a big bonfire there. We also got to do a free yoga class which was awesome! A short walking distance through the resort to a breathtakingly beautiful Caribbean Sea and sand beach with sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guests. I stayed in the supreme bungalow it was beautiful and the jungle noises were an amazing soundtrack to fall asleep to. Units are not very private but definitely worth it. I was offered a complimentary Pilates class in the spa which was the perfect way to start my day. The included breakfast was delicious. They put me in a cabin far from other occupied cabins, so the only sounds are jungle sounds…amazing! And the “windows” are just screens, not glass, so the air is fresh and clean, not moldy. I feel enveloped by nature.
