I definitely wouldn’t consider this hotel to be 4-star. In my experience it was 2.5 to 3 star. Rooms lack air conditioning and fan provided was noisy.
Most helpful person was the bellman. Check in / Check out staff was on par with a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was bit more than a 3 star hotel but lacked variety and hours were only until 9 AM.
Room and bathroom definitely needed upgrade in terms of furnishings and fixtures.
All in all it was a manageable one night stay for us.

Breakfast was nicely organized. Laundry service available and done really nice, but the staff is OUTSTANDING!
One person, who was there all the time, going out of his way to help with any possible request - Ghan Francisco Antonio! He is a real treasure for Casona Corrales!
