Just a couple of suggestions for improvements: stock kitchen better with some necessities like dish soap(only a drop left in bottle and no dishwasher soap), lids for pans, tin foil, baggies, plastic wrap, oil for cooking. Provide a grill and some outdoor chairs. People renting should know there is a bar right next door so not very kid friendly due to noise at night on weekends with outdoor stage for bands. We spent most of our time away but the beds were decent. I was traveling with my adult son so the bathroom being part of the master bedroom area was a little weird. The place was fairly clean outside of needing a deeper cleaning for cobwebs in corners and dirt on sills. This house is very close to the bar that it shares the property with. So you can hear the music sometimes and someone coming out to dump the days bottles at 11pm. Other than that it wasnt an issue. The Wifi is almost unusable.
