Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom - 1 King; 2nd Bedroom - 1 Full; 3rd Bedroom - 2 Bunks, Twin Top and Full Bottom \*\*This modern, updated home is just steps from First Street Beach, recently voted #1 Beach in Michigan.\*\* Located right on the Manistee Channel, you will have a front row view to all of the freighters going through. The owners have added sliding glass doors to each of the three bedrooms that walk out to an expansive brand-new back deck. The view of the river will be amazing from each room. You will also be able to access the Riverwalk via private staircase and utilize the boat dock. AMENITIES INCLUDE: air conditioning, grill, boat dock, fishing access, river views, fire pit, ping pong , air hockey, outdoor deck with seating. WIFI and smart TV access included. \*\* Boat dock on the Manistee Channel is included with your reservation. It is 30 feet long and can hold up to a 40 foot boat. There is public parking across the street for overflow cars and trailers. The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. A drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include microwave and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products. LOCATION: Don't miss out on the unique home... It is one of the closest rentals to Manistee's popular First Street Beach! Only minutes from downtown Manistee, 7 miles to Little River Casino, very close to the Manistee Country Club, and about 15 minutes to Northern Natural Winery! It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. For safety reasons, there may be external security cameras in use. Lovely view of river and close to park, beach and great spots for walks. Couldn’t have been better. The converted garage was absolutely amazing, and we hung out in there a ton. The sliding doors on each bedroom, and the huge back deck are also amazing, and being on the waterway with the dock was perfect. The water was far enough (with a gate that locks) so we didn’t have to worry about the toddler, but close and easy enough that all of the kids could fish or kayak from there. Easy walk to playgrounds, the beach and town, it was fantastic! I do wish it had whole house AC instead of window units (one bedroom doesn’t have one), and better doorknobs (some really don’t work which was scary with kids), but those things were minor, and wouldn’t deter us from recommending it or staying there again. ##### Hannah C.
