Welcome to Casa Kym – Your Relaxing Getaway in Duquesa.  
  
Casa Kym is a stylish, step-free 60 m² apartment offering a peaceful escape with beautiful mountain views. The bright, comfortable living room features a double sofa bed for two additional guests. There is a double bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.  
  
Enjoy a private outdoor space with a covered terrace and a large dining table, perfect for al fresco meals or relaxing in the shade. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV with streaming, an air fan, a washing machine, and elevators throughout the building.  
  
The complex offers beautiful shared outdoor areas, three secured pools, a children’s pool, gardens, a BBQ area, and both outdoor and indoor communal showers and WCs. Paddle courts are available free of charge on site. The gated community includes 24-hour security, a concierge at the entrance, and a private parking space.  
  
Casa Kym is conveniently located close to the beach and lively marina, with a wide selection of restaurants and bars. Public transport links are within walking distance. Ideally situated for exploring the region, Duquesa Golf Course wraps around the complex.

#### Estupendas instalaciones a buen precio

Pros: Que aunque no está en la playa está bien ubicado a playas y zonas de ocio. Cons: El aire acondicionado está capado a sólo ventilador, y tienes que abrir todas las ventanas llenándose el apartamento de mosquitos. El televisor es enorme pero no sintoniza nada, solo cadenas inglesas, para ver algo debes pasarlo desde el móvil.
