U wouldn’t expect a glass of water upon arrival when u check in! But they did it! Friendly staffs and are always willing to help eg booking a grab car to go anywhere in town (as it is much cheaper and safer to take a grab car from the airport and to anywhere else in town) I think some of the facilities could have some room for updates, but software of this hotel is pretty good. The location is very centralize. Noisy at night, shower's pitiful, elevator too small. There was a hotel i stayed in Makati for $24/night way better, big bed big room, key card, little bar open 24/7 and buffet breakfast. I choose starlight because its a little closer to the airport and was pretty good reading reviews online and great pictures of the hotel but its not what expected when I arrived.
