The fourth floor of J. Jireh Residences embraces an open and spacious concept. With a bright space, located at the top level of the apartment complex, the location provides a magnificent overlooking view of the surrounding area.  
  
The third bedroom extends from the living room and can be separated by an accordion style divider.  
  
The building is located approximately 12 mins walking distance to Starmall making it easy to access mall amenities like restaurants, retail stores, atm machines, etc.  
  
The space   
Escape to our cozy vacation home where you can unwind and rejuvenate. The property has 2 balconies, each offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain ranges. Breathe in the fresh air and immerse yourself in the serene environment. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee or an evening sunset, the place provides the perfect vantage point for relaxation

The entire 4th floor which has around 100 square meter area  
can be enjoyed by guests  
  
Other things to note  
Location is at the 4th floor of the building so the view is excellent but there is no elevator. It can only be accessed through the stairs.  
  
Street parking(right beside the building).  
  
Airconditioning is available only in the living room and kitchen area, and the 3rd bedroom as well if the accordion style divider is open. The two other bedrooms are well-ventilated because of huge glass door and windows and there is sufficient number of electric fans as well
