Staff were lovely, very welcoming. Apartment was clean, well maintained and as advertised. Breakfast was lovely. Only issue for us was the need to taxis due to a lack of public transport and the walk into town wasn’t very easy. That being said we travelled with 2 children, 8 and 10

Room was as expected, bed was comfortable as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Bathroom was large as well and had the hotel branded goods. For the breakfast area, there was an option to sit outside, which was pleasant. Plenty of options as well and the staff where ready at hand to address any requests.
We used Catania as base to explore the surrounding sites, but the city itself was larger than I thought and had some interesting things to see. The cathedral and main shopping street are within walking distance of the hotel and was fairly busy throughout our time.

"Nice hotel. Room was large and comfortable bed, but a bit dated. We got there a bit late 945pm, and the kitchen was closed with no room service available. They helped us order pizza delivery for dinner The in door pool was great, as was the spa. Nice outdoor pools as well but not heated. Breakfast ..."

"Our room had an amazing large balcony right across from the waterfront and beach area. It was lovely to sit out on. The breakfast was very delicious and even had eggs. It was quite the buffet. The room was clean and staff are helpful and friendly. It is not too far from the train station."
