While we admire and appreciate furry friends, we do not allow them in our space. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay. We have an outdoor/outward facing camera overlooking the driveway and front door doorbell camera for your safety. No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund. No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for in reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge. Please lock all windows and doors when you leave the unit. No smoking/vaping/420 inside the condo. You may smoke outside of the building in the parking lot.
