Staff was extremely helpful. The place was spotless and clean. The views were amazing. I have nothing negative to say - everything was great.

The very bad: Your breakfast buffet made me sick from the stomach the entire day & really put a damper on part of my Europe trip. We went in at 9am, yes, it’s toward the end of breakfast time…but that’s no excuse. I’ve worked in food sanitation before; your meats & cheeses should be on ice or a cold surface. The biggest issue is the yogurt that’s scooped out of a bowl, as well as the room temp milk. This MUST be put on ice if left out over 2 hours. I’m kicking myself for consuming it & learned the hard way. The good: It’s a charming little hotel that’s perfect for a traveler on a budget. Loved the balcony! We also had the pleasure of checking out & meeting a wonderful staff person. She was very friendly & helpful. As typical Americans we gave her a nominal tip for handling our bags out of storage. She returned the favor by giving us lovely Swiss chocolate bars. It was a memorable gesture & very much appreciated. I wish I remembered her name…I think it started with an O?? It was morning of 9/17. Thanks again & would recommend your hotel, but warn people to get breakfast early.
