The Rocks5 nights5.0 star property8.6/10 - Excellent (1,000 reviews)"This hotel is in a fantastic location and it is a very nice hotel but it should not be billed as a 5 star luxury hotel. It is really a 3.5 star hotel. The biggest complaints are no elevator, they do have a dumb waiter for bags. The windows are single pane (barely). When people walk ups and down the Suez Canal or Nurses walk you can hear every conversation. There is a bar behind the property that gets loud as well. Next is no bottled water but the staff did tell me I could feel free to..."Reviewed November 5, 2026Roundtrip • Vancouver (YVR) - Sydney (SYD)YVR - SYD • 2 stops SYD - YVR • 1 stopCA $3,655CA $3,041found 16 hours agoper traveller - YEHS Hotel Sydney QVB

Mangoola Hotel Deals
"The room was clean. It had everything we needed, including a sink which you don’t normally get! It was also in a really good location. parking was really easy and it was undercover."
"We have stayed at the Remington numerous times on trip to visit our daughter. Today at breakfast was disappointing for all as there was only one staff member on trying to check all in, make coffee's for all, clean up tables and restock the breakfast supplies. The staff member was doing a sterling job due to the lack of support she had."
"Staff were friendly however restaurant is closed, also pipes have bad water hammer,air-conditioner is efficient but very noisy and traffic noise is also a problem. Receptionist was helpful in providing recommendations for eating out and the Thai restaurant had great meals many of which were gluten free."
"The check in was very friendly. The room was extremely clean. Parking was good and not an issue. Ate at the RSL next door - food was ok however you cannot buy a glass of wine - unbelievable - only bottles available."
"If I could rate it 0 stars I would!! The sheets were absolutely disgusting (see photos) Bathroom cleanliness was also sub par. I do not recommend this hotel & I would never stay here again!!"
"Nice tidy accommodation"
