Mango Beach Tours and Activities

The service staff was excellent; however, we had no hot water for showers or bathing. Paris' management solution was for us to run the hot water faucets for about an hour which brought the water temperature to be barely over lukewarm. Was there any mention of a credit or compensation offered...NOT ONCE. The hotel/casino offered no concierge services, I had to ask hotel workers and other guests my questions and that resulted in numerous repetition to get an answer. Vegas is Vegas...loud, congested, rude and, of course, expensive. This was, more than likely, our final trip there and we've been there several times during the past 30+ years...that saddens me.
