Step inside and feel instantly at home with the warm tones of hardwood floors and an open-plan design. As you walk down the wide, welcoming hallway, you’ll find yourself drawn into the light-filled living area. With an exposed brick feature wall, a plush sofa, two comfortable armchairs, and a coffee table, the space is perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Behind the seating area is a sleek, spacious L-shaped kitchen, finished in modern black-and-white tones and fully equipped with high-quality appliances to make meal preparation a breeze. From the living area, step out onto your private balcony, offering a breath of fresh air and a space to unwind. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double size bed and a second bedroom with a double bed. Each room comes with bedside tables and a wardrobe, ensuring plenty of storage for your stay. Please note that stays over 10 days include a complimentary cleaning every 10 days with fresh linen, towels, and a welcome pack refill. The Location Finlay’s Yard is located in the historic Northern Quarter, a neighbourhood steeped in Manchester’s industrial heritage, yet brimming with modern culture, independent boutiques, and trendy eateries. Within walking distance to Manchester Piccadilly, the universities, and the city’s best shopping spots, this is an ideal location to explore all the city has to offer. Despite the central location, the apartment provides easy access to the ring road and Manchester International Airport, making travel in and out of the city convenient. Parking spaces not available, but the property is less than 10 minutes by walking from Manchester Piccadilly Station. \--- We wiill be your hosts and we offer guests carefully selected, stylish homes with the professional service of hotel, on call 7 days a week to help. We will welcome you in person when you arrive, help you settle in, and give you a guide to the local area so you can make the most of your stay. The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels and we provide complimentary cleans and hotel-quality fresh linens & towels for you each week. When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document.
