Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Terrible experience. We arrived in Manchester expecting to check into the property we had already paid for, but we were unable to check in and could not get a response from the host when we needed assistance. We were left without access to the accommodation and had to find and pay for another place to stay at the last minute. This caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience, especially while traveling with my young daughter. A guest should never arrive in a foreign city and be left without access to a property they have already booked and paid for. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property.
