Modern and professionally managed serviced apartments in central Manchester — just a short walk from the city centre, Manchester Arena, and key transport links. All apartments have lift access and feature free Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Guests also have access to a communal co-working space within the building.  
  
Each apartment includes a smart TV, dining table, fridge, microwave, stovetop, kettle, toaster, and essential cookware and cutlery — ideal for short and medium-term stays. Towels and complimentary shower toiletries are provided.  
  
A washing/dryer is available for this property in the common area on a first arrived/first served basis.  
  
Located in Manchester’s vibrant New Cross neighbourhood, the apartments are a short walk from Ancoats, the Northern Quarter, Manchester Victoria Station, and AO Arena — with bars, restaurants, and local culture all within easy reach.

The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels and we provide complimentary cleans and hotel-quality fresh linens & towels for you each week.  
  
When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Our standard check in time is 15:00-21:00\. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.
