Room was nice and spacious but in a double room only one chair so forced to sit/lie on bed. Bathroom nice, roomy and pleasant toiletries. Restaurant basic pub grub choices at expensive restaurant prices Breakfast ample and good choice Shout out to the waiting on staff at both meal times, happy, helpful and diligent. Overall felt no different to a stay at a Holiday Inn.

A perfect spot if you’re visiting Manchester and a cricket and football fan. 10mins walk to Old Trafford. My wife was stunned when she saw we could view Old Trafford Cricket stadium from our room balcony. Great amenities, breakfast was well organized, lots of varieties.

The room was clean and tidy although each time we entered the bathroom there was a smell from the drains. We stayed 2 nights using the restaurant for breakfast each morning. Cooked exactly to my liking nice crispy bacon! On our last night we had been to watch the super league at old Trafford football stadium so when we returned we used the room service for some food. This was really well presented and tasted amazing. The only downside to our stay was we were hoping for a nice lie in as didn’t need to vacate the room until 12 but the half marathon was on and all roads around the area were closed for this meaning we either had to leave before 9.20am or not until nearer 12.30pm as we had a 4 hour + drive ahead of us we decided to do the earlier time as it might not be certain we would get out on time after this. Very close to the tram we decided to leave the car behind and had a lovely morning at media city and visiting the Lowry to see the LS Lowry paintings.

Stayed midweek for the cricket and view from room was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for better. Definitely had a ‘Wow’ moment when I opened the curtains. Weather was very hot so air con a blessing. Staff extremely helpful. Will definitely stay again.
