The worst was the bathroom. It was so disgusting that I couldn't bear to have a shower or even touch the bathtub! We paid £158 for 2 nights and were horrified. For the cost of one nights stay they could easily afford to regroup the tiles and clean whatever the indescribable muck everywhere! Inexcusable for what they charged. In my younger day, student hostels were cleaner than this. Shame shame shame! 2 stars were for the staff , parking and lobby. The staff were excellent. It was clean. But you get what you pay for. Pretty dated, very small bed, and quite noisy on the corridors (no fault of the hotel). The breakfast is not great but it was included, so can’t complain. It was however, excellent location for trains, buses and Ubers. Really close to the co op arena. It is convenient for what we need, it isn't over staffed normally, we may have to wait whilst other people are being seen but its no problem as it normally isnt that busy or too big a queue/wait. The hotel is basic but clean and it is what it advertises itself as, i.e 3\*\*\* hotel.
