This was such a nice hotel, the nicest and most genuine 4 star stayed in for a while. Design touches give it a really unique and relaxing feel. Nice change from more traditional chain hotels. Breakfast was amazing.

Rooms were stylish and trying to keep in with Manchester heritage. However, the look made it seem unfinished, with plastered walls and broken tiles trying to create that working/factory/industrial look. The bathroom door needed planing that’s for sure as it wouldn’t shut easy. Walk in wet floor showers are nice, though the glass wall is short so water can leak out onto the wood floor if not careful. Good location though, not right in the night time heart but a short walk away. City centre also a short walk away.

The staff were incredibly friendly. They made our first few days in Manchester so enjoyable. We enjoyed the hotel so much we extended our stay. I recommend anyone coming to Manchester to stay here

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff are here. They were always willing to help and ensured we were doing well. Amazing. The breakfast was good. Hotel is very quiet. We extended our stay here based on how happy we were with the hotel.

Very nice stay. Beds were good. Great location near China Town. The climate control worked perfectly in the odd warm weather conditions. The only flaw was the cleaning, overall the cleaning was good but underneath the bed an old lid from take away box was found.
