Pictures were very misleading and from other resort. There is only unsafe beach access through steps that were collapsing no sand and the water was unstoppable coral very close to shore. The staff was rude and unfriendly. The pool was filled with algae paddle boards were torn up. Kayaks were broken and missing plugs and no seats.. we left after three days. Would have preferred that room initially. Staff were not visible and the pool was not clean. The room is very outdated with repairs needed to the ceiling and bathroom. The swimming pool has alot of broken tiles and really needs some TLC. There is no more access to the beach which is what we were looking forward too with the kids. The breakfast is very minimal, 2x options of fruit, pancakes and eggs.
