He took care of my mistakes and questions immediately. 4 stars on cleanliness was just because I feel like spider webs on deck porch could have been cleaned up a little before guest arrived. I did have to ask for my check in information the day of arrival because it was never sent but like I said above Doug responded and took care of it immediately. We have always rented mama bears cabin and it’s perfectly comfortable for my family of 4\. It’s just a great place to relax and have fun no matter the age! ##### Ashley J. We enjoyed Mama Bear cabin at Up The Creek! Next time, we are coming back with the kids. The cabin is small, but cute and was very clean. The best part is you can rent kayaks right there on the property and float the creek. There was another family in the attached studio cabin (its kind of like 2 apartments in 1 building) but we didn't know they were even there unless we saw them coming or going. Doug was extremely helpful and answered my many questions in a timely manner! The staff there are helpful and nice. Overall, a wonderful stay and we will be back! ##### Sarah L.
