Lovely clean room but missing a kettle or even a bottle of water, a bit of a miss when there appeared to be no one working behind the bar when I returned from eating out as there is no evening food service at the Lundia. There used to be coffee machines in the corridors but these have gone as well. Maybe vending machines would be a good idea?

We particularly appreciated the efficiency and courtesy of the cleaning team. Also the availability of the downstairs sitting area (and tea) throughout the day. Location was excellent for our needs.

Simple but good!

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The room was simple but clean and practical, had everything you’d need. Everything was great except for the hotel breakfast selection, there wasn’t a lot to choose between.

Booked a suite, which was nice, but it was not as nice as advertised. Staff were friendly enough, but in general, it was mostly an average experience. But it is right on point for the cost of the hotel, and there is no need to worry about the hotel's amenities too much with it close to all that Lund has to offer.

Great stay as always. However, I thought I was getting a room with a desk, but I did not. This made it difficult to do my work. The breakfast was very good, but it had fewer offerings than in the past, such as a loaf of good bread. Despite this, I enjoyed the stay and hope to return soon. I especially enjoyed using the hotel bicycle to get around Lund.

Nice, spacy, convenient - right in the center close to trains, restaurants and shops. I flew from USA and came to the hotel at about 1 PM and the lady at the registration desk would not let me into the room until 3 PM - I highly doubt that there were no ready rooms earlier rooms and cleaning was finished in all of them at 3 PM. In the next hotel on Copenhagen we arrived at noon and were given the room keys right away. We also did not like the shower - too messy. Other than that it was great, including modest but pretty decent breakfast.
