Set in a rainforest garden with its own entrance, off-street car and boat parking spaces, this self-contained cottage offers a secluded retreat while being close to all town amenities. You’re close enough to the Mallacoota Inlet to hear the sound of waves lulling you to sleep at night. It’s just a short walk, on well maintained bush tracks, to shops, golf club and Bastion Point Beach. The boat ramp is only a few minutes’ drive away. Features include Queen sized bed made up with quality linen, spa bath for two, separate shower, separate toilet, timber floors with comfortable open plan living, dining area and kitchen with gas stove top and full size fridge. There’s also a new outside deck facing east to the lake and ocean with comfortable outdoor furniture and BBQ, surrounded by a fernery with abundant native birds and wildlife.
