There was no staff there when I arrived, and I sent messages via Whatsapp to the hotel. 30 minutes without reply even the messages were showed status READ. really made me uncomfortable. I also dialed another telephone of the hotel and no one answered. Then the staff came and offered me a room without Terrace, while my booking was a room with Terrace. The staff said there must be something wrong on Hotels and the room with Terrace were all occupied. the worst thing was, the staff said they themselves had no fault, it seemed it was my fault to choose this hotel. and there was a empty bottle left in the shower room from the last guest. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely breakfast aswell. However, what really stood out was the staff. Chiara, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful, friendly and polite and was able to really make a difference, going the extra mile to make our stay so excellent.
