Theres a foul smell in the washroom no idea where its coming from as it is clean .. it would seem coming from floor drain. Hair dyer is dead. Noise in hallway and next room is easily heard inside the room and can be irritating at night. I knocked the wall at one point to call attention of guests next room to stop knocking sound whatever he is doing in the middle of the night Safe is unusable and we were told the previous guest locked it out. Pros: Staff are very friendly .. Lily in front desk and Feroz are very helpful. Made our stay as comfortable as they can. AC is working fine. Room is overall clean. One night stay. Service was great! (They helped us print some documents at the front desk). Very basic, small room (with a weird odor in the bathroom). AC was strong and cold. Elevator was “out of service for maintenance” during our checkout time (on a weekday morning). So we had to walk to the third floor several times. And. Our key didn’t work - so that required an additional trip up and down three flights of stairs. Pro tip: Hotel is very convenient (three minute walk) to the ferry to the airport. But..no airport pick-up, we were initially given a lower category room than we had booked - and had confirmed. Room service failed twice, the hotel was under renovation without anyone telling us in advance. We might have chosen a different hotel had we known that. The room had quite insufficient lighting. It was not possible to read in bed. The breakfast was good. The location was also good, although you can not get to the entrance by car. One good detail is that you can leave the electricity on in your room while you are out. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä ja henkilökunta puhui hyvää englantia. Huoneessa kaikki toimi hyvin, varustelutaso oli huippuluokkaa (vedenkeitin, TV, minibaari, kertakäyttötuotteita aina hammasharjasta kampaan) ja huone oli siisti. Ainoa miinuspuoli oli että huone ei ollut luovutuskunnossa vaikka saavuin sinne vasta klo 17.00. Mutta henkilökunta oli tässäkin asiassa hyvin ystävällistä ja pahoittelivat tilannetta. Söin illallisen hotellissa samoin kuin aamupalan, palvelu ravintolassakin oli todella ystävällistä ja ruoka maittavaa. Hotellin sijainti on käytännöllinen ajatellen lentokentän lauttaterminaalia joka on melkein tien toisella puolella. Hotelliin oli myös vain noin 7 min kävelymatka MMA buildingilta jonne pikaveneeni saarilta saapui ja ostosmahdollisuuksiakin läheltä löytyi. It is a nice hotel with all the amenities and spacious room but I only have one concern actually 2. First, please deliver what is you publish in the site since that is where we base in our stay if it’s there that it has free breakfast you have to deliver it and I don’t think it would be your guest who will solve which fault or where is the mistake especially that it is a published one. It’s not the guest fault but it’s between the hotel and hotels.com. Another thing please make sure that you have a proper communication with your team, not that you will say that upon check out that there is no payment made while in fact it is done already it would be a waste of time for your guest because you still have to check the truth or not. But, over all it’s still a good place to stay and the room is super clean. I will still definitely come back.
