The staff were friendly when checking in. They didn't do anything extraordinary to make you feel welcome, which is not common for the Maldives. The hotel lobby wall was water damaged and had mold. The smell was foul. On Friday during prayer time, I was locked in the hotel with no way to leave. The main door was locked. When the staff returned they proceeded to put the blame on me as the customer. They weren't even apologetic to the extent that it was said it was hotel policy to lock the customer inside of the hotel on Friday. This could of been solved with a simple apology, or leaving an extra key for the customer; however, they proceeded to ignore me for the rest of the stay. Fiquei chateado porque mandei dois email perguntando se eles poderiam providenciar um transfer do aeroporto ao hotel e não obtive resposta. Peguei um taxi mesmo. Mas depois a equipe demonstrou simpatia e até ajudou a levar as malas para o embarque para as ilhas. O café da manhã é simples, mas valeu. Não se pode exigir muito pelo valor que está se pagando. Mas o quarto é simples, com bom colchão, roupas de camas regulares e um potente ar condicionado.
