The picture in the advertisement on expedia of a hotel room is nothing like the room we got. The room was very dated. Shower terrible. Small, reasonable area. Breakfast okay.
Received none of the rewards linked to being a Gold member, wine, upgrade ... nothing.
Room you leave the left luggage is not secure, no lock, no ticket system.

Smooth check in. Bedroom was in need of a very good clean. Dust on most surfaces and cobwebs around the ceiling. Bathroom requires a thorough refurb as sealants around the shower, sink and shower screen were mouldy. Bathroom floor visibly dirty.
Breakfast had a good choice of items. Breakfast host was a bit over the top calling my daughter 'Princess' several times each morning.
Hotel location good for the bus and train station but was a good 20-30 minute walk into Verona.
