We had such a wonderful time at San Remo! The reception was so warm and inviting, and the owners shared some great tips about the area. The food was really good, but the breakfast was absolutely excellent! Overall, we highly recommend San Remo to everyone!

Happy Lab!!

The Remo is fabulous. Such a lovely location on Lago Di Garda with great hospitality and service! Wonderful breakfast, dog friendly beach and some of the best Pizza I’ve had! All right there!! Not to mention a large apartment with really comfortable beds that is so important and to save the best for last, air conditioners it actually really work. Two of them in our apartment. My wife and I and Luna (Labrador Retriever) were so comfortable. Recommend and definitely will come back and park in the private garage that came with her apartment. Thank you so much to the wonderful family of Hotel Remo!!

Sauberes Hotel mit eigenen Restaurant in sehr guter Lage aber leider ruht sich das Hotel auf dieser Tatsache aus. Der Service im Restaurant war nicht in Ordnung. Keinerlei Rücksicht auf Gästewünsche. Nicht mal bei der Bestellung für ein Kleinkind wurde Rücksicht genommen. Das Können Restaurants im Umfeld leider besser.

Albergo San Remo - nie wieder!!!

Die Besitzerin hat zusätzliche Kosten berechnet, die nirgedwo beschrieben wurden für Extra Dienste wie Zimmerreinigung (nicht beschrieben auf dem Angebot- 50 EUR, Heizung- 8 EUR pro Tag, es war unter 15 Grad C im Raum, Aussentemperstur 3-8 Grad Celsius. Nicht funktionierender Wi-Fi, gross beschrieben als vorhanden. Die jungere der Besitzerinen war arrogant, unnett und sehr unprofessionell gleich ab den ersten Tag des Besuches.

Wonderful small hotel for family vacation

Hotel Albergo San Remo is wonderful small hotel right on the beach 3 km north from the centre of Malcesine. We are a family of five, with two teenagers and a baby and this hotel was perfect for us. We stayed in the hotel for a week at the end of July. We had a one bedroom appartment with a garage and great views from the balcony. The appartment had everything we needed for a week stay, a good wifi too. The hotel has really nice restaurant where the hotel guests get a discount. We ate there many nights as the food was wonderful (best seafood pasta on the whole trip) and not too expensive. Really nice wines too. From the hotel you can borrow bicycles, beach chairs and beach/water toys for free!!! The beach right in front of the hotel was one of the nicest as it was not crowded at all. The walk from the hotel to the city along the beach was nice too. There are places quite near to rent sup boards, canoes, etc. A small grocery store is located right next to the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff was wonderful and would help with everything. They organized a crib for the baby too. The only minus was the ineffectiveness of the airconditioning, as the days were really really hot. It worked quite ok in the livingroom, but the bedroom was really hot to sleep in. Otherwise the place is perfect for a family vacation.

Alles was man braucht

Waren positiv überrascht von dem kleinen, Familien -betriebenen Hotel. Strand direkt vor dem Haus. Personal sehr freundlich. Die schalldichten Fenster sind super, so bleibt der Strassenlärm wirklich draussen. Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung. Zimmer funktional eingerichtet und sauber. Wir hatten zwar ein Problem mit dem Schließen unseres Fensters. Aber man hat sich schnelk des Problems angenommen und einen Techniker gerufen. Das Haus liegt ca. 35 Fussminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Es fährt aber auch ein günstiger Touribus jede Stunde vorm Hotel ab. Alles in allem für den Preis ein wirklich gutes Hotel in guter Lage.

Hotel San Remo

Wir besuchten das Hotel mit 5 Personen und einer Hündin. Insgesamt war das Hotel in Ordnung. Zimmer waren sehr sauber, jeden Tag frische gut riechende Handtücher, Bett wurde gemacht, usw. ... Das Frühstück war bei dem Preis leider enttäuschend. Brot/Brötchen z.T. vom Vortag, der Obstsalat stand an unserem ersten Morgen schon braun am Büffet, aber da stand er dann noch 2 weitere Tage (da ja keiner davon gegessen hatte), Müsli und Cornflakes haben wohl auch schon eine Saison mitgemacht, Schinken und Ital. Salami waren ok, die Käseplatte jedoch war schon ranzig, ebenso wie die Milch... Zu Abend gegessen haben wir dort auch nur einmal und leider war dieses Essen sein Geld nicht wert. Fazit: Zimmer super, Lebensmittel aber nicht.

Lugnt o otroligt vackert område. Trevlig personal.Nära till allt. Gick ej att dela på dubbelsängen. Vi ville ha 3singelbäddar.Annars bra sängar o kuddar. Saknade byte av handdukar. O luftkonditioneringen ingick inte, den skulle man betala extra för dagligen.

Familiär gut geführtes Hotel , empfehlenswert!

Wir beide (43 und 30 Jahre) wurden sehr freundlich von der Tochter des Hauses in Empfang genommen. Wir hatten 1 Doppelzimmer mit Seeblick plus Balkon (Superior) gebucht und auch bekommen. Ein phantastischer Ausblick über den gesamten Gardasee, da das Hotel nur durch die Strasse vom See getrennt ist. Dies ist auch der für uns kleine Manko, da bei offenen Fenster es dann schon lauter ist. Da aber das Zimmer sehr neuwertige gute Fenster , welche sehr gut isolieren, und eine Klimaanlage (kostenfrei) hat , war dies zu verschmerzen. Das Zimmer ist mit einem großen Schrank (nur mit Kleiderbügeln, keine Fächer), ein Tisch, 2 Nachtische mit Lampen, Gästematratze klappbar zu Aufbettung, Kofferabsteller und einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Die Betten sind gut, nicht durchgelegen,. Das Bad hat Wc, Bidet, Waschbecken und eine witzige ovale Dusche , welche wohl dem Raumangebot geschuldet ist. Alles sehr sauber!Im Schrank ist ein kostenloser Safe untergebracht. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, bestehend aus richtigem Rührei, Eierkochen möglich, verschiedene Brotsorten und Brötchen, Croissant, verschiedene Käsesorten, Müsli , Obstsalat, Schinken, Salami ,Kuchen, Kaffee satt, Osaft satt, Cappuccino oder Espresso gratis, frisches Obst etc. Von allem genügend!Besonders möchte ich die wieselflinke Bedienung beim Frühstück hervorheben- sie hat schnell erkannt , wenn etwas fehlte und hat sehr schnell gearbeitet. Spitzen Lob an sie!Das Hotel hat denke ich eher 3 Sterne verdient!Restaurant im Hotel top!

Das Hotel lag direkt an der Hauptstraße, was jedoch für uns nicht problematisch war, da unsere Wohnung (Zimmerart Studio - Apartment mit kleiner Küche) etwas weiter drinnen im Grundstück lag. Sehr praktisch fanden wir die Garage die unter dem Apartment für das Auto war. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und auch hilfsbereit und haben recht gut Deutsch gesprochen. Es wurden sogar kostenfrei einfache Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt, damit konnten man iin ca. 10 min ins Zentrum von Malcesine fahren. Auch zu Fuß ist der Weg nach Malcesine unproblematisch, da ein kleiner Weg, zum Teil an der Straße (mit Leitplanken zur Straße) sehr schön am See entlang führt (ca. 25-30 min dauer).

Ein schönes gemütliches Hotel direkt am See

Direkt am See, nicht weit von der Stadt mit einem gemütlichen Restaurant, tolles Frühstück. Kostenfreies WIFI und Fahrräder haben es noch perfekt gemacht. Vielen Dank an das freundliche Team, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Awesome Hotel, awesome view to the Lake La Garda

Do not get fooled by the entrance of the Hotel, the entrance of the hotel is the same as for the San Remo restaurant. The rooms were super clean and had an awesome view to Lake La Garda. The windows were double insulated so you don't hear any traffic but you can open them to wake up to the crashing waves of Lake La Garda. We booked the hotel while we were on the opposite side of the lake so the GPS only had it for 5 Miles but it was cross the lake with the ferry, it was actually 25 miles away on the other side of the lake. The hotel had extremely friendly staff and very helpful. The breakfast was super super good, they had 5 different kinds of bread, 6 kinds of cheese, lots of fresh cut meat, eggs, cereal, coffee, tea. The waiters will always come to you to ask if you need anything else, the service is sooooooo awesome. This is my first stay at the San Remo hotel,we arrived at 10 PM and we still had dinner,Pizza and pasta, chicken and fish with very decent prices. The wif fi was also available throughout the hotel with no problems.The hotel location on the lake is ideal for the wind surfers, we saw the beach full of them at 6 am.There was not one negative comment I can say about the hotel except that the sign of the hotel needs to be bigger so the visitors can locate it easier. We drove past the hotel two times to find it since it was the same as the Restaurant. Many thanks to all the San Remo Hotel staff for making our one night stay at the hotel a memorable expereience

Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Das gepflegte Hotel bietet für kleinen Preis alles, was man erwarten kann. Das Zimmer mit Seeblick und Balkon ist ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Bad verfügte über ein Fenster und konnte gut gelüftet werden. Das dazugehörige Ristorante war super. Personal auch freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis!
