The hotel sent me a code for entrance to the Hotel and our room .The entrance to the Hotel was good but when we tried to get into our room was a disaster , the code button number 3 kept sticking and it was in the code twice. Very disappointing. First of all I was given wrong instructions upon check in. I was emailed that I was on floor one instead of floor 3 so I was accidentally trying to open the wrong room. Second, the wifi did not work. The entire time that I was in the hotel room I needed to work remotely and I could not connect to the internet on my laptop at all. On my phone it would disconnect and only work 5% of the time. In the end I ended up spending way more than just the hotel cost on this one night because of all my data roaming fees that I had to turn on in order to work. I sent the hotel two emails and they did not respond until the next day. I do not understand why advertise free wifi if it does not work AT ALL. I am very disappointed and had many issues while trying to work which is not acceptable. Lastly on hotels.com it was advertised thwt there was 24/7 front desk service and that was not the case at all. They only have someone at the front desk from 8-5\. Another false advertisement. I don’t think I’ll be booking over hotels.com again.
