The house is located in a very quiet area where you’ll hear the birds singing as they perch in the trees of the park right across the street. However, just a 3-minute walk away, you’ll find the shopping district and bus and metro stops. Restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, McDonald’s, beach bars…
The beach is just past the park, about 100 metres away in a straight line. The boardwalk has a bike lane and is full of entertainment venues to suit every taste. The promenade is also home to the most beautiful children’s playground in Málaga city.

Before arrival, you’ll receive a link to complete the mandatory guest registration required by Spanish regulations. All occupants must complete this registration before entering the accommodation.

To ensure a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere for everyone, parties and access by unregistered guests are not permitted.

In the event of lost keys or the need for a locksmith due to improper use, the corresponding costs will be the guest’s responsibility.
